This RFC does not define:

  • The content of any specific dialect (those are published independently to the registry)
  • Concern calculation formulas (RFC-036)
  • Observer accreditation criteria (RFC-037)
  • The governance authority’s internal decision logic
  • Cross-registry federation or dialect mirroring (future extension)
  • Automated dialect generation from empirical data (future extension)
  • Pricing or licensing models for commercial dialects
  • Legal liability for dialect publishers
