18. Summary
This RFC establishes the foundational distinction between industry domains and Domains of Concern.
A Domain of Concern is a bounded evaluative space for calculating concern posture over AI-mediated artifacts.
Domains of Concern are based on shared mediated intelligence constraints, not on industry labels.
This enables reusable, cross-industry concern evaluation while preserving local specialization through Industry Projections and Local Profiles.
The next RFC in this series SHOULD define the Mediation Vector Profile used to populate empirical variables for concern calculation.
