| RFC-027 (IHL) | Directly applicable when AI operates in African conflict zones (DRC, Sudan, Somalia, etc.). Ubuntu community model extends IHL individual protections. |
| RFC-028 (EU AI Act) | Applies to African AI systems that serve EU market or process EU data. AU Strategy provides additional local requirements on top. |
| RFC-026 (Feedback) | Feedback mechanisms must be accessible in African languages, via SMS/USSD for populations without smartphones. |
| RFC-024 (D-DNA) | Data lineage must include sovereignty metadata: where data originated, who benefits, consent mechanism used. |
