7. Subscription and Compliance
An AI system is governed under this dialect if:
- It emits events from the grammar (§2) via AIGP TRACE messages
- Its deployer has subscribed to dialect
aigp.ai.autonomy.v1 - An accredited observer (§5) is rendering verdicts from those events
- The posture calculation (§4) is being applied continuously
An AI system is ungoverned if any of these conditions fail — regardless of what other safety measures are in place. Other measures may be valuable but are not governance in the AIGP sense: they lack the grounding model, the declared frame, and the empirical reproducibility that governance requires.
