7. User Profile View

Users can view their feedback history within the originating application:

Stored app-locally for profile display (not in governance server)
Shows: timestamp, question, AI response snippet, rating, comment
Users can enrich (add/edit comment) after initial rating
Enrichment re-writes the S3 .gz evidence object
