8. Privacy & Consent

  • Feedback is voluntary — no profile data without user action
  • pseudonym_id is non-reversible — governance cannot identify the user
  • Comment content stays in S3 evidence only — never in governance DynamoDB
  • App-local profile data follows the same consent tier as other evidence
