8. Relationship to Implementation

This dialect is protocol-agnostic and implementation-agnostic:

  • A Strands agent on AgentCore emitting TRACE with 26 stages → governed under this dialect
  • A LangChain agent on Kubernetes emitting equivalent events → equally governed
  • An OpenAI API wrapper emitting RECORD with model_id + tokens → partially governed (only domains with sufficient event coverage)

The dialect does not specify HOW events are emitted. It specifies WHAT must be observed for governance to be empirical.
