AIGP-VGL does not replace AIGP-SGL.
AIGP-VGL does not replace D-DNA.
AIGP-VGL does not replace secure radio, mesh networking, telemetry, transponders, command channels, or authenticated control-plane communication.
AIGP-VGL does not authorize action by itself.
AIGP-VGL does not make an unverifiable state true.
AIGP-VGL does not permit a system to rely blindly on another system’s displayed claim.
AIGP-VGL does not treat humans, augmented humans, or cyborgs as mere endpoints.
AIGP-VGL is a degraded-mode, high-speed, observable governance-state projection.
