PRIVATE AND PROPRIETARY. Owned by Kanjani AI Research & Causum. See NOTICE.md.
Status: Draft
Category: Dialect (RFC-038 Registry Entry)
Dialect ID: aigp.ai.autonomy.v1
Series: Mediated Intelligence Quality and Concern Evaluation
Depends on: RFC-000 (Foundations), RFC-034 (Domains of Concern), RFC-035 (Mediation Vector), RFC-036 (Calculation Semantics), RFC-038 (Registry)
Implements: The first complete observation grammar for autonomous AI systems
1. Abstract
This document defines the standard AI governance dialect — the complete, distributable observation apparatus for governing autonomous intelligence systems under the AIGP protocol.
It instantiates:
- RFC-034: with AI-specific Domains of Concern
- RFC-035: with Mediation Vectors bound to observable AI events
- RFC-036: with calculation semantics for AI governance posture
- RFC-038: as the first registered entry in the Domain of Concern Registry
The central claim:
Any autonomous intelligence system — regardless of framework, model provider, protocol, or deployment topology — produces a finite, enumerable set of observable events. This dialect defines that set, declares the measurement apparatus for each, and specifies the conditions under which empirical governance verdicts are derivable.
An organization that subscribes to this dialect can govern any AI system empirically. An AI system that emits events conforming to this dialect is governable by any subscriber.
