3. Metrics Schema

All metrics are emitted as structured events and stored in the governance-server DynamoDB table.

3.1 Signal Event Schema

Every signal emitted to UOP conforms to this base schema:

signal_type string YES One of the signal types from 2
signal_id string YES Unique signal identifier
request_id string YES Correlation ID propagated across all amigos
app_id string YES Emitting application
timestamp ISO 8601 YES When the signal was emitted

governance-server computes rolling aggregates from raw signals:
