30. Summary

AIGP-SGL provides the symbolic governance language required for governed autonomy.

It establishes that:

intent is the source
policy is only an expression of intent
constraints govern machines
inhibition replaces human deterrence
runtime decisions must be symbolic and typed
glyph rendering is not the source of truth
canonical AST is required for enforcement
D-DNA is required for evidence
human explanation is secondary

The final principle is:

AIGP-SGL does not allow autonomous systems to be governed by ambiguous prose. It converts human-authorized intent into symbolic constraints that can be evaluated, enforced, inhibited, evidenced, and replayed.
