27. Privacy and Human Rights Considerations

AIGP-SGL may govern systems that interact with humans, augmented humans, civilians, patients, workers, operators, children, or vulnerable persons.

SGL constraints SHOULD include protection for:

dignity
agency
consent
privacy
bodily integrity
cognitive liberty
psychological safety
medical privacy
protected status
lawful rights

When the object is a human-bearing actor, SGL MUST NOT reduce that actor to a machine endpoint.
