28. Accessibility and Human Factors

VGL frames should be designed with human factors in mind when displayed near humans.

Considerations:

avoid unnecessary alarm
avoid ambiguous colors as sole indicator
avoid inaccessible low-contrast displays
avoid cognitively overwhelming glyph clusters
provide AR or dashboard expansion where possible
support multilingual explanation overlays
provide training materials for field operators
avoid exposing sensitive medical/cognitive states publicly

Cognitive-safety frames require special care because displaying psychological-risk labels to an affected user may worsen harm.
