7. Relationship to base AIGP

  • The base protocol (RFC-010) is unchanged. REGISTER/REQUEST/RECORD/TRACE keep their shapes; this profile adds the governing_spec and W1 witness fields to the decisions it covers.
  • A deployment MAY emit the profile for some decision classes and not others; Mars records the mixed witness classes honestly per link.
  • Adopting this profile is what lets a Mars certificate over AIGP-governed invocations reach end-to-end recomputability rather than stopping at an attestation boundary.
