D-DNA replay for cognitive harm must reconstruct:
what interaction trajectory occurredwhat risk signals appearedwhat governance intent appliedwhat SGL constraints were activewhat safety action was takenwhether response behavior changedwhether escalation occurredwhether agentic actions were inhibitedwhether privacy controls were appliedReplay MUST support privacy-sensitive review.
Replay SHOULD avoid unnecessary disclosure of full conversation content when hashes, summaries, redacted excerpts, or controlled-access artifacts are sufficient.
