7. Relationship to Governance
Governance ensures that artifacts subscribe to Domain of Concern requirements.
Governance MUST ensure that:
- the artifact declares its Domain of Concern,
- the artifact type is admissible for that domain,
- the evidence used by the artifact is traceable,
- the mediation vector is populated from admissible evidence,
- calculations remain empirical,
- uncertainty is represented,
- observer authority is declared,
- verdicts are recorded,
- governance feedback is enforceable.
Governance SHOULD NOT assert quality directly without a declared Domain of Concern and empirical concern calculation.
Governance makes the artifact evaluable.
The Domain of Concern makes the evaluation meaningful.
The mediation vector makes the evaluation calculable.
