8. Post-Market Monitoring (Art. 72-73)

8.1 Continuous Monitoring Signal

HIGH_RISK systems must have active post-market monitoring:

8.2 Serious Incident Reporting (Art. 73)

Providers must report serious incidents to authorities within defined timeframes:

  • 2 days for initial report
  • 15 days for full investigation

AIGP mechanism: A SERIOUS_INCIDENT alert type that triggers mandatory reporting workflow.
