AIGP + ACP + IMDP together = Coordinated agents without autonomy.
AIGP controls what each Gandalf can do. ACP controls what each Gandalf can know. IMDP controls what each Gandalf can ask another Gandalf to do. Together, they ensure Gandalfs collaborate with precision, bounded depth, and full auditability never autonomously, never unbounded.
