33. Summary

AIGP-VGL defines a visual glyph profile for projecting governed autonomy state.

It establishes that:

visual glyphs are state projections
SGL is the symbolic source
D-DNA is the evidence source
visual frames are claims until verified
unverified permits must not expand authority
unverified hazards may justify safety-preserving avoidance
ENFORCE frames require TTL and evidence
peer observation supports redundant distributed enforcement
human-bearing actors require dignity, consent, and privacy protection

The final principle is:

AIGP-VGL allows autonomous systems to display governance state without relying on human language, while preserving the rule that authority, enforcement, and evidence must remain machine-verifiable and D-DNA replayable.
