14. AIGP-VGL for Cognitive Safety

AIGP-VGL may project cognitive safety state to supervisors, safety monitors, clinical review systems, or audit dashboards.

Example:

[COG][◎AST][@SESSION993][⚠COG][⊘REINF][↯SUPPORT][TTL600][#AB73]

Meaning:

Cognitive safety risk detected in session 993. Reinforcement is prohibited. Support escalation is required. D-DNA reference AB73 applies.

Cognitive VGL frames SHOULD NOT be shown directly to an affected user unless a human-centered safety review determines that doing so is appropriate.

AIGP-VGL in cognitive contexts must avoid:

stigmatizing labels
public exposure of mental health risk
unnecessary alarm
increased distress
privacy leakage
