13. Hybrid Governance Actors
AIGP recognizes that some actors may be neither purely human nor purely machine.
A hybrid governance actor may include:
human biological embodimentaugmented sensingwearable computeimplanted computerobotic limb or exoskeletonneural interfaceAI assistantencrypted communication modulemedical or biometric monitoringA cyborg actor is a hybrid governance actor.
AIGP must preserve the special ethical and legal status of human embodiment.
