1. Purpose
The Autonomous Intelligence Governance Protocol (AIGP) defines a standardized, runtime governance protocol for AI-powered applications. AIGP enables centralized oversight of AI usage across multiple applications through a consent-based, auditable protocol.
AIGP SHALL ensure:
- every AI invocation is governed
- consent is enforced at runtime
- usage is auditable and attributable
- governance posture is configurable without code changes
- multiple applications can be governed by a single governance authority
