5. Privacy Considerations

  • Chains create richer user profiles → higher privacy sensitivity
  • Consent tier must explicitly authorize chain construction
  • Right to erasure must delete entire chains, not just individual records
  • Chain data subject to same jurisdiction rules as individual evidence
  • De-identification for population analytics must preserve chain structure while removing identity
